Drag Racer FG Muscle Car – Combining Diecast and RC

I get started on my next project, another largescale onroad car. Its an FG Sportsline 2WD 530. This car is going to be turned into a 1970 Dodge Challenger! In order to get the look I want, I decided to mix some diecast in with the RC. I use a diecast supercharged V8 engine, that you can find for anywhere between 30 and 40 dollars, to start my build with. The diecast engine will be mounted over the front shock tower, covering up some of the brake mechanics. I improvise the mounting of the piece, and tell you what kind of tools I used and issues I ran into. The engine will be looks only, the powerplant of the car will be replaced with a special, more powerful unit during the build. This build is going to have a ton of special features, a few of them rather unique, and I will take you through the whole build process step by step so if you want to, you can follow along. Make sure to subscribe to see what the 2WD will turn into, so far I can reveal this much: it will pach a true punch, will represent an icon of its era, and will be unlike any RC you have ever seen before!
